My new Baby. =D

FINALLY !

After 2 n a half years of having to stick with this stupid lousy BenQ cam, which is also my first cam btw, I finally get to say bye bye to it. =D

bye BenQ, you sucks. never buy BenQ brand. ever!

oklah I know I shud feel happy already since it's better than no camera at all.
But I feel like cursing it everytime I use it.
Even Henry, one of my colleague in DNA, start cursing BenQ when he knows im using BenQ cam.
He bought it many years ago and lists out all its defects, with me nodding in 100% agreement with him.

First, the colours are sooo fake, but good in a way that the photos can cheat people espeacially beach photos.
Secondly, it dies when u wanna use it in cold places or hot places like under the sun.
Thirdly, It doesn't have any anti-shake so low light = no need take photos anymore unless u have tripod hand.
F, I cant event take a clear photo even when my room is brightly lit.

Ok enough of my stuid BenQ.
*yawns*

Now I'll introduce my new Baby. =D

my super lovely baby Lumix LX3. =D

it has the smallest size for a semi-pro camera and yet the best. I like!

I first heard about this camera from xiaxue, and decided to get it after reading all the comments ( all positive =D ) and doing a bit of the research in the internet.

my BenQ doing its last job, and did it so poorly too. Boo.
My room is so bright already and still so blur.

I got to use flash somemore. boo.

I bought this baby for Rm1760, with my own allowance. XD
It's a little bulky, but I wont complain much. =D
It's also a little heavy, but I shud be able to get used to it.
I'm afraid of touching it because it looked so new and I hate that my fingers tend to leave marks on it.
I'm afraid that I might drop it.
I'm afraid that I might crush the lens when I put inside my bag.
and yet, Im overjoyed everytime I look at him.

Maybe that's the feeling of an over-protective mother. =D

I can't wait to explore my new baby, which I'll name as 小黑 ( Xiao Hei ).
I'm really a happy mother right now. =D

I'm FREEEEE

Finally after 8 long weeks of working, I am now FREE !!!!!!! WEE~~!!!! =D

Not that the boss treat me bad, but working is definitely boring for me, eventhought I get to facebook everyday. XD

Now that I don't need to work anymore, I can update my blog again. =D

I earned a total of Rm800 + Rm1362 ( allowance from UTM. yay! ) = RM2162.
Happy!!!! =D

Ok enuf of craps now, will blog properly in dis few days since Im so free already.
muahahahaha~gila.

Ai Ling's 23rd Bday

Ai Ling's Bday falls on 3rd June, but sadly there's no more holiday on that day.
But still we celebrated with her after work at a place called Secret Garden.
~~Since it's a secret place so I can't tell u where it is~~ It's situated at Padungan.

Jo joined us that day. =D happy ^^

most of them ordered chicken chop except Jo who ordered salad and Wc who ordered Lamb Chop.

And I ordered X.O fried rice. nice eventhough there's no X.O taste in it.
And yeah, everyone has a pic with their food except me. T___T

Irene's brother n his GF joined us shortly after that.

After we finished our food, it's cake cutting time ! =)

but first we fooled with the bday gal, giving only the candles to her.

After letting her choose how many candles she wants, we I forced her to go to the counter and ask the waitress if there's any cake for the bday gal.
But she die die oso dont want so in the end Wc go n take the cake for her.

force her to take her own cake out. =P

Wc cleverly put in Li Chin's name too as we didnt get to celebrate her bday on the 28th of April.
and yeah, that's blueberry Cheesecake. yum!

It was Irene's idea to buy the magic candles that will re-lit automatically.
It was fun! =D

We then give the bday gals their present

A cute pink boxer for Li Chin. XD

and a tote bag for Ai Ling. she's relieved that she didnt get the boxer. hoho..

After finishing the cakes and fooling around with the bday gals, we went back.
Bcos most of us need to work the next day.

Gawai holiday - Day 2

We had a 4 hour karaoke session at Enter-K situated at Crown Square.
It's my first time singing K in Kuching. =D

see? a rare sight indeed.

And FYI, my singing is like ghost crying. -__-lll
I also dono why. haha

After our K session, we chilled out at Jase Tea House at 101.

The drinks are not bad, slightly cheaper than starbucks, and the atmosphere is not bad too.
so....
this place passed my 'test' and is recommended. =)
The only con is that it's facing the west sun so some of the seat looks quite hot in the afternoon.

Gawai Trip - Part II ( The Hot Spring )

After visiting the longhouse, we went straight for the hot spring located just a few minutes' drive away.
I went to the hot spring once many years ago and it gives me a really good impression but I never know where it is bcos it seems so secluded.
I have been longing to go back there since then and now my wish is granted. Hoho...

Upon arriving, it says : closed for today.
wtf.
But fear not, u can always get down from the bridge.
I like it that way eventhough u have to walk some distance.

But the guys insist on finding another alternative.
and they end up bitten by swarms of black ants.
~~hahaha~~
so lesson learnt, use the safest way to get in.

if it can send 2 guys howling in pain, it must be very very painful.

Irene is so scared to went down Haha. her bf must be very happy to become her hero. =P

But it's actually quite steep so better be careful.

macam pendatang asing

It's best to wear slippers and not sport shoes bcos some part are full with small stones so unless u want to do some foot theraphy, u better walk with ur slippers on.
But otherwise, it's quite a fun walk as the base is mostly sand and the water is very cooling.
It's not dirty ( maybe only 1% of rubbish ) which I liked.
And It's not deep. the deepest being knee deep only, unless u are shorter than me, that's it.

Not long after that we reached the 'hot spring'.
well some may be quite disappointed bcos the so-called hot spring is actually just a few small hot water spots.
U can differentiate it by looking at the bubbles coming out from the water.
