26May - Gift from Boss. =D

All of us have a great time as all the 4 boss are away for a few days.
All the mice came out to play when the cats are away. Wee!

And When Min returned from Beijing, he bought everyone a pair of chopstick each.

27MAy - Slab casting at DNA new office site


We're asked to go and see how the floor slabs are casted.
A bit lame, but at least we get to catch snake, so why not. =D



they started to cast the floor slab after one week.

It'll be dry in a few hours.

didnt really dare to go inside because..

im wearing my slippers. -__-!!!


Sien, I hate wearing sneakers 5days in a row.

28May - Experiment with Penang Condo Form.


William get approvals from the Penang council and so we proceed to design the form for the Penang Condo.
He wants something like Habitat 67 so we try to experiment the form by cutting out blocks of polyform.


looks like making sandwich/kueh.

Karen " what flavour shud I add into this Kuih to make it more delicious hor..."

Pc : "I like lemon flavour, so u add lemon essence la...remember dont add too much. and add yellow colour to the base to indicate it's lemon flavoured ya."

tada~! lemon flavoured kuih.

got different flavour also...grapes, strawberry and erm....cucumber?

19May - Site visit to Au showroom cum Office

we can actually go up to the roof top...I bet the view from up there muz be nice.


why I said so is bcos...

I'm wearing my new skirt n heels that very day. Dammit. * forgive me for my short n fat legs*


So I can't climb up there bcos there's a about 600-900mm high wall blocking my way to the roof top.
And I cant climb over it bcos Im wearing a skirt.
and the heels are covered with dust n dirt all over. GRRR!!!
FML betul.

Bcos I bought a size bigger and I haven't bought the 'cushions/pads' to stick at the back.

22May - Site visit to DNA's new Office Site


they combined two house together n turn it into their office.


It's an old house judged by the look of it.
The house is still under renovation...still in the early stage.
From the look of the plan, I thk the office will feel kinda secluded and peaceful.
I dono, we shall see after a few months. =)


they are going to have a pond there. how nice!

Karen n PC with the nice exposed brick. IF this house is mine, Im gonna preserve this part. =P

I love this...make me feel kinda nostalgic...

21-23May - Penang Condo model making


One of the 4 bosses assigned the 4 of us a new project...
which is a Condominium based in Penang, near USM.
So..We have the chance to be involved in High Rise design.
Quite a good start for us before entering 4th year. =)

The project is still in the early design stage, and we're helping to do the model as William ( the boss) needs to meet with the Penang Council the following week to discuss abt how the building is designed not to cut any of the hill ( it's situated at the foot of the hill ) and so get their approval on this and that.

It actually looks kinda cool when all the floor plans are put together..it forms a motif and can hang it on the wall already.

tada~ model completed. We have to work on Saturday bcos of this as the boss need it before Sunday night. Sigh.

just a rough model as this is only the first stage..the building form is prone to major changes after that for sure.

Pc, David, Karen and I followed one of the Architects to her site just bcos she asked us to.
It's our first site visit! Wee! Can curi Tulang. hehe...
