Another new shopping mall coming up...

Juz come across the news dat The Sanctuary Hotel and Mall will begin its construction at Waterfront, Kuching next year...

Yeah, i noe my news is a bit outdated...haha....

According to the website, The Sanctuary Hotel and Mall is designed as an integrated commercial resort of approximately 1.4 million square feet.

The Sanctuary Hotel and Mall consists of a Shopping mall, a 4/5-star 350 Room Hotel, a Class 1 Office Tower, a Luxury Condominium and a 2000-bay Underground Car Park.

It will transform an already premier location by the Sarawak River into a “must visit” destination for both tourists and locals alike.

Another new shopping mall ! How great is dat!!! hehe...
I wonder if dis project is under JFN ( the previous archi firm i work in ) as i heard they won de contract for the reconstruction of riverfront after de demolishing of the market there.

But now, i Can't wait for The Spring to be opened nex month...

And it's a damn wonderful thing dat i can go to a better and nearer cinema next time...

But well...I thk i still prefer shopping at West M'sia + Sabah...
At least Sabah's bodyshop's products arrive faster and in a more complete set!
( ok ok...i'm still not happy about Kuching's Bodyshop cuz there isn't any glittering body lotion specially for xmas as seen in Sabah...)
