We have briefing 2 days before departing N9 and Pn Jess nearly killed the 40+ students on the spot by briefing us wat are we supposed to submit for measured drawing.
It was hell lot of stuffs to do!
T_T
We departed UTM around 9.30am on the 13th morning.
We reached Negeri Sembilan in the afternoon.
We gathered at Tanjung Ipoh's Community Hall which is at Kuala Pilah District for briefing.
We even get to meet those from the 1st group.
It was nice to see everyone again. ^^
It was a damn hot day and we were bathing in our own sweats....yucks!

After the briefing, we're open for family adoption.
As the changing of location from Sumatera to N9 is so sudden, we had a hard time getting families to 'adopt' us.
But lucky for my group that 5 of us are not separated and are adopted by our kind-hearted mum - Kak Mimi.
The other groups are less fortunate as most of them are separated into boys n gals and live under separate roofs.
And from what i've heard from the gals n guys who lived in 'abandoned' houses,
the house is reli lauzy.
The toilet canot be flushed, dirty, and the toilet's wall is only waist-high and the rest of the wall covered by canvas.
I wonder how can i survive there if i'm them.
For that, i feel reli reli lucky....^^

My house is situated at Kampung Gunung Pasir, around 15 minutes of drive from Tanjung Ipoh.
And the place has very very weak Hp coverage ( for digi n Celcom user only...yay! n i always tot Maxis is better? )
Apart from that, everything is great.
That's how Kampung life is... ^^
Relax n Enjoy.

I found out one thing though....
Nobody seems to be able to know the difference between sheep, goat and lamb.
And so i Googled for the difference between them and found an interesting article on the difference between Goat and Sheep.
http://www.sheep101.info/sheepandgoats.html
and so...now i know Goat goes "maa" and sheep goes "baa"..
and that Goats are cleverer than Sheeps.....=P

My family not only reared goats / sheeps / lambs, but oso reared chickens and also 2 cats.
We sleep soundly that nite and wake up naturally by the chickens and the sound of Kak Mimi and her mum doing housework in the kitchen...
I do luv this feeling.....^^
I do luv this feeling.....^^
Breakfast is very very very hearty.
We have Nasi lemak, some kuih, tea and sometime fried noodles and fried rice.
and to think that all i always have for breakfast is milo and bread everyday.
We meet at the hall at 9am.
Fawaz briefed us on our house that we're supposed to measure.
We are assigned to a house nearby in Tanjung Ipoh by house plate no.44.
Chiou Yann made me worried wen she told me it is an unlucky number.
We then visited other group's Rumah Kajian.
There are 10 groups and we are the 6th.
We started with our house since it was the nearest.

My group members from left to right : Ariq, Chiou Yann, me, Didi n Kell.
We then proceed to the 7th Group's house which is juz opposite ours...
and some Nice plant..

Found a durian tree with small durians falling down...I guess they're ripe dy?
If u want to noe the proportion of it....

They have Sago tree here...
The second group is next...
Han chee n Jim's group...
Their new Rumah Kajian

This house has a nice view...
And they planted my favourite fruit...
yeah, Dragonfruit...yum yum...
They got pregnant after eating the dragonfruit.
they're in pain...oh my...
Power Rangers...!....?
Belongs to Tiong, Sing Ning, Jean, Ryan and Balut.
They have an even nicer view here.....
Even the tree looks nice...
so i cant resist taking another shot...=p
my handsome dad...
with Munek's sunglass...
Dad with his eyes wide open. Sometime i wonder if he's reli my dad.
We then proceed to the 9th group's Rumah Kajian.
Beeli's...

After finish visiting all the houses, we have a stop at a stall and drink fresh sugar cane juice...

That's uncle King's house...with his hand-made motorbikes..
I lurv his gate !
i *heart* this place!
so i camwhored with it.....=P
every corner is so full of feel....
How i wish this bed is mine...

It's like a tree house...
on top...

this is where nature and architecture blends perfectly...
me, Ariq, Chiou Yann and Didi..
all cravings done by Uncle King himself...
I reli pei fu him...

Even the steps are beautifully blended with nature and age.
This is made specially to suit woman..
Look at the details! he craved them!

And that....is for man. It looks like not everyone is fit for that monster. heheh...i look out of proportion here..
Me with uncle King's Masterpiece...
That's my idol...Uncle King. ^^ He looks cool huh?? =P
We then proceed to the 3rd group's rumah kajian..
After that we visited the 1st group's Rumah Kajian.
They have Sago tree here...The second group is next...
But then They had tough luck.
Their owner doesnt allow them to measure the inside of the house so they had to change to another house after one week plus...
Wat a waste of work and energy...

After Lunch, we visited the next group which is group 5.
Next is the 10th group's house.
We then proceed to the 9th group's Rumah Kajian.
Then the 8th...
After finish visiting all the houses, we have a stop at a stall and drink fresh sugar cane juice...
We then went our separate ways after the drink.
On our way home we saw Mr Fawaz's car outside Uncle King's house at Seri Menanti...
So we quickly make use of the golden opportunity to visit Uncle King's house.
and i muz say, Uncle King's house is the best house i've ever seen.
Uncle King is around 56 years old and is our super super senior..
and he didnt even finish his architecture course.
He juz wanted to learn the basics and then he build this house based on that.
And that i muz say, a piece of degree certificate means nothing AT ALL.

Uncle King didnt spend a single cent on the woods.
He find them. By the river, in the jungle...anywhere.
But the house is left unfinished due to old age and no 'next generation' to inherit the house.
Wat a big big waste!
The house is suppose to be massive but it is only 1/4 finished.
Sigh.
Beside the house, Uncle King also made motorbikes.
and by motorbikes, i mean non-of-the-kind motorbikes.
His bikes are unique and there's only 1 in the whole world for each bike he made.
Made only in Seri Menanti.
And he can finish 1 in juz 3 weeks and get millions for that.

Some might say it looked like a ghost house.
It does give us chills but it's the chills of being in a place so beautiful and full of feelings.
u juz have to be there to feel it.

I simply *heart* this house!
After finish visiting Uncle King's house, we left for home.
That for sure is the best visit i ever had during my architecture course.
We stop by Jimmy's place before going home as their house is nearby ours.
And their house is....wow...
Their 'dad' reared prawns...how cool is dat? fresh prawns to eat everyday...
