Pulau Lang Tengah (4/5 - 6/5) - Day 1

Hui San, Chiou Yann, Han Chee n I meet with the rest of our coursemates on the night of 3rd May at Puduraya bus terminal to board our bus to KT ( Kuala Terengganu ).
There are 20 of us going for the Lang Tengah Trip.

We paid Rm315 for the trip which included accommodation, food, rental of snorkeling mask and life jacket and entrance fee.

Inside the bus...

The 7 hours of freaking cold journey in the bus is crazy.
It feels like we're inside a moving freezer.
It was damn uncomfortable and i couldn't get any nice sleep...
Plus my jacket is so thin and i wore slippers that night.
I was nearly freeze to death that night.

That's how cold it is inside the bus, in case u can't feel it.

We arrived the bus terminal of KT around 5am and i couldn't feel much more happier than getting off the stupid freezer.
We waited for around 2 hours before another bus picked us up to the jetty.

Thanks to Yee Wei's prayer that the next bus was much more comfortable and not-so-cold.

The bus dropped us at Chinatown for breakfast before going to the Jetty.

I slept most of the way...heheh...

After the briefing, we fast fast changed into beach wear and began to camwhore at the beach..
The beach is splendid...!!
The sand is as fine as flour ( can bake cake there already ), the water crystal clear ( can see the fishy everywhere ), the sky blue as my eyes....( ok ok...i ran out of things to describe the sky la ok...)

We had lunch and departed for Marine park at Pulau Redang shortly after that which took around half hour i think.....

I love every single second of the snorkeling session there...
The corals are beautiful, the fishes are huge, the sea visibility is great.
But i didnt get to see sharks. sigh.
The corals reli need protection, they're starting to bleach dy...

After 1 hour of snorkeling, we went back... *sad*

After back to the beach, we had fabulous tea break ( the donuts tasted great ! ) and then continued with our activities by the beach....

then suddenly saw a coconut tree fall down...

so i quickly went over and help to put it back into place....

too tired after that so i find a rock to sit on....

a reporter saw me rescuing the tree juz now so wanna took a pic of me...so i pose for her lor...

we saw a poor sakai in the middle of the sea...

The sakai reached the shore successfully...and so he proudly hung his shirt on his bamboo stick to show off his victory.

"Give me ur money or else i'll poke u..."

dun play play, the sakai's bamboo can fly on its own one...

Yee Wei sense that Tiong n San is in danger so fast fast meditate and turn into superwoman to save them from the sakai and his bamboo...

Ala, Lcc and i had a final snorkeling as the sun begins to set.
It was my 1st time swimming so far out to the sea without wearing the safety jacket...
The visibility of the sea is lower by that time but still i can see how deep it was..
I didn't panic since Ala was with me and i learned how to stay vertical inside the water without my life jacket on ( i know i know, as a swimmer i shud have know how to do it ages ago already, but i reli duno how to last time...too fat maybe...heheh... )
It was fun, and i feel much much lighter without the life jacket on.
And Ala is observant enuf to spot a fish ( forgot wat it's called but always see it being photographed in Scuba Diving magazine ) camouflaging in the rocks...
It was sooo cute!

We stayed in the water till the sun sets completely before making our way back to shore...

We had our own activities after dinner...Some went back to sleep while some had fun singing K...
as for me.....
I had my own sweet time chatting on the phone wif him by the beach till the storm came and i have to go back to the room...sigh.
