yummyIt's the best Coffee i've ever drink in my whole life !
It's located at Heng Lim Cafe at BM ( at Kota Permai beside Billion ).
It's actually green coffee and i heard it can be bought ( the instant 1 ) but i dono what other ingredients they added to it to make it so yummy n unique.
Trust me, this is the coffee that can change ur perspection towards the old traditional coffee!
After lunch Liang fetched two of his other frens and went to Prangin Mall for a 2 hours shopping.
It was not enough for me at all bcos i only managed to cover one n a half floor in that 2 hours time. =(
And hell there's so many things to buy..
And i ady sapu a lot of stuffs from just the 1st floor. =.=
We then proceed to the Botanical Garden.

i simply love the big grass land that stretched so far away u can roll all the way from the hilltop into the lake. =.= For me i think the park is a huge success.

Today we spend our time up on the hill.
1st we stop by San Bao Gong, a small temple by the jetty.

The road is even steeper than the ones at Pangkor and real scary.
The place is kinda remote with lousy children games and silly statues all over..
The only thing worth going for is the scenery there.
Huge rooster, huge seashell, huge mushroom...One look says it all ---> the landscape planning sucks.
This panic-stricken horse will scare the shit out of children who come here lo...o i forgot there's not even one child in sight there
But the scenery there is worth the trip

No thanks, I'll just keep the one Daddy Han Han bought for me last time enough.
We didn't make it to Bukit Bendera as the cable cars were not functioning AGAIN. wtf.

Our last day in Penang.
Liang brought us for a ride at the ferry that very morning.

Visited USM.
USM is like a small town and i think it's a bit like UMS.
The fengshui there seems a lot better than UTM too bcos they face the sea n mountain.
Mayb i'm a bit sick of UTM so i think USM is much better than UTM.
whatever la.
The thing i envied them is that they have a swimming pool. =(
Liang then brought us to buy some 绿 豆 糕 and 年 糕 from a small roadside stall which is quite famous too..heard that a lot of ppl queue to buy during noon and it is by luck that we arrived the 1st.
They're fattening but yummy!
Liang brought us for a ride at the ferry that very morning.

And when i say some, i mean 5-6 boxes.
Liang said don't buy from shop dat has a big compound in front of them bcos the compound is for tourists' bus and usually that means the biscuits there are NOT nice at all and the locals will never go there.
He brought us to Hin Heang instead which is nicer and my, it's always packed with people. ( we went there twice )
The biscuits were freshly baked everyday around 11am so it's best to go early so that u can get a taste of warm fresh biscuits ( 马 蹄 酥 are the most recommended but they don't come cheap though. 1 box of 8 packets inside cost Rm9.90 )
The purple 1 is 马 蹄 酥 and the other is preserved nutmegs ( yuck i dont like )
We then went to Queensbay Mall for a stroll and had lunch there ( Paddington house of Pancakes).

forgot its name ady..sth like tokyo bla bla bla...it's also very delicious!
Both portion is big so 2 plates to be shared among 3 person is enough.
We then go to Friday's to have our drink there.
Liang ordered a glass of Magarita to be shared around ( the portion is big too ).
Take a small sip n lick a small bit of salt from the glass' rim and prepare to float to heaven. =p
A glass of Magarita is best accompanied by something cheesy...
the creamy cheese n pasta inside these little cubes is to die for..
That, ends our trip in Penang as our flight back to Kuching is in the afternoon.

My most favourite local dish will no doubt be the 白 斩 鸡 ( white chicken meat ) from green house ( quite famous too as many ppl tapao just for the chicken ) and also duck egg Char Kueh Teow. Others include Jawa mee, laksa, ikan bakar, durian ice-cream, sup lembu + buttered toast ( can be found at a malay / indian coffee shop at BM )...
My most fav drink will no doubt be Kao Tiam Pua ! I miss it so much now. =(
