Bread

Bread has always been part of my childhood memories.

Why, bcos I have bread as breakfast and brings bread to school everyday eversince nursery school.
Non-stop. Until i finished secondary school.

I didnt have the luxury of many people who have fried mee, fried kueh tiao, etc as breakfast or food during recess time.
mainly bcos my parents are working and secondly is bcos erm...it has become a habit of my parents to go bakery every evening to buy breads for breakfast for the next day.

So i've tasted almost all type of breads.
Red bean bun, kaya bun, mayonise sausage bun ( my fav ), sausage bun, chocolate-rice bun being the most common buns back then.
And there were embarrasing moments when my sister ( who was just 5 or 6 yrs old back then ) said loudly to my dad in the bakery : " I want the pao with many ants on it one." or " Daddy, i want the da-bian ( shit ) pao..." ( what she mean is chocolate-rice bun and red-bean bun )
Made my dad so damn ashamed cuz everyone in the bakery can hear it..

And I have the habit of choosing the most expensive bread without realising it eventho i was just a kid. ( that means my taste is good what )
Whenever my parents see the most 'nice-looking' / delicious looking bun on the tray, they'll know it's mine. And which always turned out to be double the price of the bun they bought.

Now, I've stopped the habit of having bread as breakfast anymore.
I'm amazed at how come i can eat bread as b'fast non-stop for more than 12 yrs. urgh!
Eventhought my parents and sister is still having bread as b'fast everyday. ( not anymore soon cuz there's a new huge market just 5min walking distance apart frm my house so my mum loves walking thr to buy hot b'fast everyday lately )

And so, I couldn't help buying breads when i visited the bakery yesterday.
The breads are sooooooo cute !

The correct method of eating a bread ( to apreciate bread ) is of the things i've learn during the 12 years of bread consuming.



so i'll share with u guys HOW TO EAT A BREAD CORRECTLY


First

poke ur bread. ur finger shouldnt be poking thru the bread IF the bread is fresh.


Second

punch it. see if it's hard or not ( if ur knuckles doesn't feel painful from punching, that means the bread is soft. )


Third

squeeze it. A good bread's shape will never be changed by merely squeezing it.


Fourth

play / camwhore / exercise with it ! ^^




LAST but not least...




eat it lah~! lol.






ok la. I'm just kidding. The bread is a fake.
Bought it at action city when i went shopping with my roommate.
This cute little thingy CHEATED me for a damn bloody 2 MONTHS ++ !!!!
until my roommate told me, i nearly died from embarrassment.
I always thought that they were real breads,
selling innocently in a TOY shop...
Duh..i know im stupid...But the shop sells sweets too, so if they sell cute-looking breads, no harm also right?
And they made it looks like a small bakery corner what.

And I confidently told the bf that it is real the last time we went there.

ok, laugh all u want.

Mr X is mine while Mr Happy ( strawberry cream flavour ) is bought for the bf n Ms innocent ( coffee flavour ) is for my sis ( can imagine some great pranks going on when i go back home soon..heheh..going to cheat my grandma )

The bf believed that i bought it for him to eat and was touched but well, i stopped him b4 he is abt to eat it.

And the funny thing is that Kenneth took it when Jo gave it to him and gave it a bite and make a disgusted expression after that.

Daigao wanted to eat when Jo offered him too, but when he saw the price (Rm14.90..yeah, i know im a big spender ), he gave it back to Jo say it's too expensive to b eaten and scare i'll scold him for eating the bread i bought for Jo.
And Jo told me When he wakes up the next morning, he saw Daigao playing with it..
Daigao said IT FEELS LIKE GROPING A WOMAN"S BREAST.

Ah well, don't accuse me for always buying 'not 3 not 4' things..
This bread has its function too apart from eatingcheating people.
It can also be used as a comforting support for ur wrist ( but i find it too high for my liking ) and u can simply use it as a stress ball to release tension.
Or u can use it to release ur 'need' for woman's breast
For me, I think i'll just use it as a decoration for my lovely room. ^^

It's kinda expensive, but the smile on the bf's face is priceless. =)
